Privacy Policy

This site is the personal creative portfolio of Mr. Justin. This policy explains what information the site handles and how. It's written in plain language, not legalese.

What I collect

The site has no accounts and no login. The only information you actively provide is on the album-ranking feature: when you submit a ranking, you may enter a display name (or leave it as “Anonymous”) and an optional note. That name, note, and your chosen running order are stored so the feature can tally results.

Your own ranking and preferences are also saved locally in your browser (via local storage) so the site can remember them on your device. That data stays on your device and is not transmitted except when you submit.

How submitted info is used

Submitted rankings are combined into an aggregate consensus that is shown publicly. Individual names and notes are not shown publicly — they're visible only to the site owner. Submitted information is never sold or shared with advertisers.

Third-party content

Some media (audio, video, images) is embedded or served from Google Drive, and the site links out to platforms such as YouTube, X, Instagram, and Discord. When media loads or you follow a link, those third parties may receive standard request information (like your IP address and browser) under their own privacy policies. The site itself does not run advertising trackers.

Hosting

The site is hosted on Netlify, which may collect standard server logs (such as IP address and request data) for security and reliability, as described in Netlify's own privacy policy.

Your choices

You can clear the site's local data anytime by clearing your browser storage for this site. If you'd like a name or note you submitted removed, contact me and I'll remove it.

Children

This site isn't directed at children under 13 and doesn't knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

This policy may be updated from time to time; the “last updated” date above will change accordingly.
